Our team will discuss the results with you in a video call using a presentation that includes all findings and recommendations. We provide the presentation (around 15 slides) as a PDF and can answer any questions directly during the presentation session.

What do we need to prepare and contribute to the audit?

Your effort is very low: All our team needs is access to Vendor Central and a contact person at your company for any queries. We also need a kick-off appointment with our contact person to check the receipts and an appointment for the final presentation of the results.

Which countries are being investigated?

You are free to choose which Vendor Central accounts you want to examine. We recommend either auditing the countries that are responsible for 70-80% of sales or choosing the highest grossing Vendor Central account.

What are the costs of Vendor Central Audit?
